Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sea scallops
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
To start, pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper. Dredge the scallops in flour, shaking off any excess.In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
