Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage

- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Water for sealing dumplings

Directions:

- To boil dumplings, bring a pot of water to a boil and add dumplings. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through.
- To fry dumplings, heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add dumplings and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve dumplings hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or your favorite dipping sauce.
