Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 1/2 inches thick
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, butter, parsley, thyme, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Set aside.
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
