Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, butter, parsley, thyme, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  4. Brush the steaks with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until the desired doneness is reached.
  5. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes.
  6. While the steaks are resting, spoon the garlic butter sauce on top of the steaks, allowing it to melt and coat the surface.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
