Grilled Banana S'mores with Chocolate and Marshmallow Recipe

Indulge in the ultimate summer treat with this grilled banana s'mores recipe. It's a perfect dessert for any barbecue or camping trip, and will satisfy even the sweetest tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 graham cracker sheets
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Start by peeling the bananas and slicing them in half lengthwise. Place them on a grill or griddle pan over medium heat, cut side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.

While the bananas are cooking, break the graham crackers into halves and place a marshmallow on top of each one. Place them on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.

Remove the graham crackers from the oven and place them on top of the grilled bananas. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) over the top. Return to the grill or griddle pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the nuts are toasted.
