Ingredients:
- 4 Italian sausage links
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the sausage links, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Place the sausage links and vegetables on the grill and cook until they are charred and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the sausage links and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- While the sausage links and vegetables are resting, place the hoagie rolls on the grill and toast them until they are lightly browned.
- To assemble the sandwiches, place a sausage link and a generous amount of the grilled vegetables on each hoagie roll.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
