Easy and Delicious Chicken Parmesan Recipe
 Ingredients:
 -   4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
  -   1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs 
  -   1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  -   1/2 cup all-purpose flour 
  -   2 large eggs, beaten 
  -   1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce 
  -   1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
  -   2 tablespoons olive oil 
  -   Salt and pepper to taste 
 
 Instructions:
 -   Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  -   Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 
  -   In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. 
  -   Place flour in another shallow dish and beaten eggs in a third shallow dish. 
  -   Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess. 
  -   Dip chicken in beaten eggs and then coat with breadcrumb mixture. 
  -   Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
  -   Add chicken and cook until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
  -   Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over each chicken breast. 
  -   Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each chicken breast. 
  -   Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly. 
 
 Tips:
 -   For an extra crispy crust, use panko breadcrumbs instead of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. 
  -   You can use any type of cheese you prefer, such as provolone or cheddar.
