Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
To start, preheat your oven to 375°F. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
