Are you ready for a delicious and spicy beef stir-fry that will tantalize your taste buds? This recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor that will satisfy your cravings for a hearty meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1/4 cup of beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Start by marinating the beef sirloin in a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili paste for at least 30 minutes. Heat up a wok or large skillet over high heat and add in the vegetable oil and sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the marinated beef and stir-fry until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the wok and set it aside.
In the same wok or skillet, add in the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and fragrant. Add in the beef broth and stir-fry for another minute or until the broth has been absorbed. Add the beef back into the wok or skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish the spicy beef stir-fry with sliced green onions and serve hot with steamed rice. This dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion. Enjoy!
