Tteokbokki - Spicy Rice Cakes Stir-Fried with Vegetables and Fish Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Soak the rice cakes in cold water for about 30 minutes to soften them.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar to make the sauce.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until the onion is translucent.
