Baked or Grilled Chicken Wings with Spicy Hot Sauce - A Finger-Licking Good Recipe!

Chicken wings with hot sauce are a classic appetizer and party favorite that everyone loves. This recipe takes things up a notch by adding a spicy twist to the traditional dish. Whether you choose to bake or grill your wings, the result is always finger-licking good.

To get started, preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse and dry the chicken wings, then season them with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The wings should be crispy on the outside and fully cooked on the inside.

If you prefer to grill your wings, preheat your grill to medium heat. Season the wings as desired and place them on the grill. Grill the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them occasionally, until they are fully cooked and have grill marks on both sides.

While the wings are cooking, prepare the hot sauce. In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Cook over low heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the hot sauce until they are fully coated. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for a classic chicken wing experience.
