This Spicy Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry is a quick and easy dish that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of tender beef, crisp broccoli, and spicy sauce makes this stir fry a crowd-pleaser.
 Ingredients:
 -   1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips 
  -   1 head broccoli, cut into small florets 
  -   2 cloves garlic, minced 
  -   1 tablespoon ginger, minced 
  -   3 tablespoons soy sauce 
  -   1 tablespoon oyster sauce 
  -   1 tablespoon brown sugar 
  -   1 tablespoon chili paste 
  -   2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
  -   Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish 
 
 Instructions:
 -   In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and chili paste. Stir until well combined and set aside. 
  -   Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. 
  -   Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 
  -   Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. 
  -   Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp. 
  -   Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top. Stir until the beef and broccoli are coated in the sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 
  -   Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. 
  -   Serve hot over rice or noodles.
