  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 oz spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Soak the sweet potato glass noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until they are soft and pliable. Drain and set aside.

  5. Add the soaked sweet potato glass noodles to the skillet and stir-fry with the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  6. Lastly, add the cooked beef and spinach to the skillet and stir-fry until the spinach is wilted and all the ingredients are evenly mixed together.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
This dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or for impressing guests at a dinner party.
