Delicious Maeun-tang - Spicy Fish Soup with Various Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of fresh white fish fillets (such as cod or halibut)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sliced leeks
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups of water

For the fish, it's best to use a firm white fish that won't fall apart during cooking. Cut the fish into bite-size pieces and set aside.
