Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of naan bread
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Brush each piece of naan bread with the garlic herb butter, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Place the naan bread on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until slightly charred and crispy.
- Remove the naan bread from the grill and serve immediately.
