Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
- Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms and sauté for another 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
